- Do or die .Come on,guys. Don't put these words in your thinking. Everything has its first steps,its first experience. Expect the failure. You will be better and better at the second steps,third and fourth and so on. You will know where is the mistake and find the way to fix it. Accept the failure as a part of human being. You won't die if you have done mistake,right ?
- First step is already half of success. If you've never done anything, how do you expect the result ? If you want to do something, it's good to know enough thing and prepare for it. - Fix your body language. Learn a good body language, you can find it from books,or take some course. Sit and stand properly. Speaking and control your body and hands movements. Practice your smile and movement in front of the mirror. You can find your weakness there. Remember, find them not to make you feel intimidate. But you must try to make it better. Practice it a lot and fix it. You know which one is suitable for you.
- Care of your self. Pay attention to what you wear. Make sure it is neat and clean. Take care of your skin,teeth and hair. Give them a healthy look. Your confidence will boost by itself when you see you are in a nice pack.
- Exercise. Jogging or go to gym. Swimming or karate. Do whatever you love. Put your body at its highest stage of fitness. Your brain will stay alert. You will get a good spirit.
- Positive thinking. Maintain this when something bad is happened to you. Look around you, every success people have ever failed. Don't believe ? Find some and ask them. Or you can read biography of success icons.
- Jot down what you have reached. Write it in a paper,the blessing,the good things you have. What good personality you have,friendly,good looking,have a warm heart,listening ears,generous ? You find that you got so many goodness inside you.
- Learn new skills. You will find a new exciting experience. Enjoy it. You will also can meet new people and new environment. They don't know anything about you. You can start from a very beginning. They won't expect perfect performance from you. Develop you confidence with them. Try to communicate with them.
